Hello there!
It's been a while and I'm afraid that's due to an exam that I have tomorrow. The last week was full of studying, but at one point I couldn't anymore and I thought it was time to finish my Baby Ripple. A few weeks ago I knew what edging I wanted and started immediately. A little bobble edging was perfect for the blanket! Look at this..
But then I ran out of yarn! (NOOOOOOO!!) And I wasn't even halfway round yet.. That was such a disappointment that I put the blanket in a drawer and didn't look at it for 2 weeks. Maybe I should tell you that I am living in Sweden for 5 months (studying abroad for a semester) and I brought the yarn with me. I left a little at home that my boyfriend could send me in case needed, but I was already using that.
Anyway, a few days ago I thought it was time to handle the Baby Ripple.. Somewhere along the days I settled for a simple shell edging, because that would not need that much yarn and had still the idea of bobbles (or whatever you would call that).
So in less than an hour it was done. The Baby Ripple was finished! And now it's time to show it off! :) Enjoy!
Well, that's enough for now. I love this Baby Ripple and I hope my friends will like them too. But I won't know untill somewhere in may, when the baby is expected. Now I'll return to my books for just a bit more, because I want to pass this exam! :)
Enjoy the rest of your sunday!
Edit: I just want to add some stats!
